Janelle Schulenberg, Chair
Janelle Schulenberg is the founder and managing partner of Tacet Consulting, LLC, an international management consulting firm founded in 1996 specializing in growth strategy planning and execution. A 20 year veteran of the marketing arena, she has worked with organizations public and private, local and global. She is a vice president on the University of St. Thomas alumni board and was inducted into The Society of the Arches, an organization  recognizing longevity in volunteerism. Janelle is also a member and past president of the Circle Lake Area Association board and resides in Faribault, Minnesota.

Judy Jandro, Treasurer
Judy Jandro is Vice President and Commercial Lending Officer with Highland Bank in Minnetonka.  She was recognized by Twin Cities Finance and Commerce as a Top Woman in Finance in 2008 and through the City of Minneapolis as the Top 2% Lender in 2006.  Volunteer history includes Northside Taskforce, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, the Animal Humane Society, Loaves and Fishes, Families Moving Forward, Hope Walks, Feed My Starving Children, Urban Homeworks and Acsension Place. 

Heather Mattson, Secretary
Heather Mattson works as a Clinical Data Specialist for Medtronic Neuromodulation. She is a former staff member of Youthworks! Inc., and HealthPartners Research Intern. She is an actively volunteers with various groups including the Medtronic Foundation (Rebuilding Together, Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon), Christ Presbyterian Church (St. Anne's children, Feed My Starving Children, World Vision trip to El Salvador), and Catalyst Learning (Math Tutor).

Jim Scheibel, Development Chair
Jim Scheibel has a long history of community activism and promotion of volunteerism through his work with several social service organizations and his service in elected office as St. Paul Councilmember, Council President and Mayor. He currently serves as interim Executive Director of Campus Compact, a national organization promoting service-learning in higher education. During the Clinton Administration, he served as director of VISTA (Volunteers in Service to America). He is the former Executive Director of Project for Pride in Living (PPL), Community Action Partnership, and Ramsey Action Programs, and now teaches various courses in government & nonprofit ethics at local colleges and universities.

Andrew Eklund
Andrew is founder and CEO of Ciceron, a web-marketing agency. Andrew has been instrumental is helping organizations make sound business and economic decisions out of the fluidity of the Internet. His counsel is rooted in metrics and accountability with a keen eye on changing consumer behaviors and buying habits. Andrew is a frequent speaker and moderator at national and international conferences, including the E-Tourism Summit, MIMA Summit, and other influential organizations. He was identified as one of  “40 Under 40 Business Leaders to Watch” by the Minneapolis Business Journal in 2007 and is an active Blogger for the Star Tribune.

Jan McDaniel
Jan is a strategic marketing consultant and partner at JTM Vision. Jan was a pioneer in the broadcasting industry at both the network and local levels, capping her broadcasting career as Vice President and General Manager of a CBS-owned, major market television station (WCCO). Jan led external affairs at St. Olaf College, including brand management, business system implementation, and a 30% increase in net revenue from non-academic business lines. Jan oversaw the merger and complete business re-engineering as Chief Executive Officer of the 8th largest Red Cross chapter in the United States. She serves on the board of directors for the Minnesota Orchestra and VocalEssence, and on the advisory boards for the Courage Center and Carlson School of Management.

Heather Scheiwe
Heather Scheiwe is the founding editor of Alive Magazine/Alive Arts Media. She is now pursuing her law degree at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL.  She is a former employee of Christians for Biblical Equality and Rocky Ridge Music Center, and a freelance writer and editorialist.

Martha Franke
Martha Franke is owner of Creative Coaching, LLC, licensed by the MN Board of Social Work as an LICSW and certified as a Master Life Coach Practitioner.  She has been a clinical social worker since 1993 and entered the field of life coaching in 2003. She speaks to a variety of groups: churches, parent & mom groups, ECFE classes, women's conferences, and at Well Within, an integrative and holistic wellness resource.
