Editorial Calendar

Alive Magazine is published on a bi-monthly schedule as the product of Alive Arts Media, Inc. Each issue
is a collection of real stories and artwork by women and men around the world, all brought to life by our
REACH program, an intensive internship program allowing young women the chance to (literally) create
the media they wish to see.

Though most of the content (images and articles) is produced by women ages 25 and under, there is a place
for EVERYONE in the pages of Alive Magazine, so we'd love to hear what makes you come Alive!

Choose Your Own Adventure

As children we read about adventures and created our own make believe scenarios. As we grow we begin to relax our grip on the importance of adventure. Chores, expenses and reality take priority over adventure. Many fail to see that adventures are more within reach than ever before. We possess the skills, resources and the imagination (if we dig it up) to have our own adventure. Alive Magazine dedicated this issue to the adventures young women can and do take everyday.
